Returns Policy

At YOGI HOME LTD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we have a flexible returns policy in place to help you.

Returns and Exchanges:

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at hello@shopyogi.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Refunds do not include the postage cost - this is non-refundable.

Shipping:

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged Items:

If your item(s) arrived damaged, please email us at support@caldecottcreative.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving the package with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement item(s) free of charge.
